At the end of 2023, clients in Bačkov managed to end the construction season by covering the houses under construction with roofing. The last important step and challenge for the month of December is the installation of windows. The buildings will thus be covered from adverse winter weather.

Together with the clients, we are looking forward to the fact that work on the construction of houses will begin to focus on the interior.

In the early months of 2024, we expect that the fourth builder from Bačkov will receive a building permit and start working on the construction of the house.
